Online Therapy and Telephone Counselling

All counselling and coaching sessions can be provided online via Zoom, Skype or *VSee (encrypted video and audio) and by telephone depending on what you feel comfortable using.

• Please try and ensure that you have a quiet space , free from interruptions to get the best from your therapy session.

• If there are difficulties with the internet connection quality of the video/audio it is recommended to continue the counselling session by telephone.

• Counselling sessions cost £50 (daytimes up to 5pm) , £60 for evening appointments and £85 for weekend appointments. 

• Payment can be made by BACS/bank transfer.
